Health and Safety

The R.D. 1627/1997 regulates the Occupational Health and Safety conditions required on construction sites, and points out that the Promoter is responsible for setting up the chain of command. ENVIMAprovides the promoter with the certainty of pursuing compliance with these standards and gives the promoter the peace of mind of covering his liabilities.

 ENVIMA constantly evaluates and reports on what is happening:

• Drafting and approval of the Safety Study (according to R.D. 1627/97).
• Prior Notice (promoter) and other communications to the Dept. of Labour.
• Coordination of Activities to ensure coherent and accountable implementation of 
  The principles. of Preventive Action (L.P.R.L.).
